ESRI Inc. will soon begin delivery of their newest version of ArcGIS desktop software – ArcGIS 10.
Burnside Geomatics is currently in the process of testing and certifying our products to
work with this new release. Until our testing is complete we cannot endorse that the
existing software you are currently using will work with ESRI ArcGIS 10 software.
At this time, Burnside recommends for the purposes of the compatibility of its software,
that you do not install ArcGIS 10 until our testing is completed. If you must install the
newest version of ArcGIS, please recognize that Burnside Geomatics software is only
supported on ESRI ArcGIS platforms up to Version 9.3.1.
This recommendation applies only to computers that are being used with Burnside
Geomatics software. We are not discouraging you from upgrading additional computers
to ArcGIS 10.
We expect to be able to provide further details this September.
